How It Works
Contact us when your client would like to go ahead with the genetic testing. Your test kit will be sent out to you. Your client will complete the once only simple saliva test either at home or in your clinic. Instructions are provided that are easy to follow. The completed test is returned to us for processing.
Once the report is received from the laboratory in Australia, the summary report is compiled by one of our specialist practitioners.
1. For dieticians and nutritionists: findings are summarised including diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations. The details of how to work with the diet in order to compensate for compromised pathways is then passed to you for ongoing work with your client.
2. Or: Findings are summarised including diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations. This option includes detailed diet sheets explaining how to naturally increase nutrient intake through diet.
Both reports are forwarded to you by email. The report from SmartDNA is close to 100 pages and you may choose not to print this. The summary report is the working document that is useful to have printed when you meet with your client.
We then recommend that you meet with your client for a consultation to go over the report.
Option: The summary report can by customised to your clinic brand if you provide us with your logo.
Option: We can arrange a 1/2 hour meeting with you prior to meeting with your client to go over the report so you feel comfortable with presenting the information to them. This can be done via Skype or face to face.
